This is a healthy and quick way to bring the taste of Jamma Rekk to your kitchen. You can use any steak fish but for best results, use King Fish or Salmon
¼ cup butter 1 medium lime, juiced 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning 1 tablespoon of Bajan Seasoning 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce Steak fish fillets
Cover the fillets with Bajan seasoning and all purpose seasoning.
Melt the butter and saute the garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the lime juice and Tabasco.
With the fish at room temperature baste them on both sides with the butter mixture.
Brush a clean grill with the butter mixture and lay on the fillets.
Grill the fillets for 2-3 minutes per side, basting frequently, until the fish is cooked through and flakes to the fork. Serve with a choice of coleslaw, potato salad, rice or green salad!
